How it all works - the easy way to entertain:

Planning an event, whether it's a wedding or a small dinner party, doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. Here's how:

• Select Your Perfect Venue.
• Complete our Plan Your Event Page. - Your information goes directly to your event planner who'll contact you promptly. They'll discuss details and explain your best options for a great event.
• Review Your Proposal. - Review your proposal and ask questions. We're happy to make revisions!
• Approve Your Menu and Sign Your Contract
• Consider Your Job Done! - On the day of the reception rest easy knowing that a supervisor from Bittersweet will be on site throughout the entire event to ensure that every little detail turns out just right.

The Pricing:

We understand a budget is an important part of your decision. Events and weddings come in all shapes and sizes - your venue, guest count, reception length, equipment needs and menu choices all play a role. Generally speaking, staffed hors d'oeuvre receptions begin at $35 per person. Buffet dinner receptions start at $75 per person. Plated meal service is a bit more. Your proposal will detail all the components in your pricing: Food, beverages, service staff and equipment. Sample Menu.
